Jules teaches musicality for singers, helping to develop skills most instrumentalists take for granted. This will support you when singing in ensemble and advance your song writing.

Musicality can be taken as lessons in their own right or as part of your regular vocal coaching.

• Reading musical notation, chord charts and lead sheets
• Music theory and ear training
• Singing in harmony for choral singing or BVs in a band
• Working with instrumentalists on stage and in the studio
• Pop songwriting

She enjoys helping to demystify classical score, lead sheets and chord charts as well as understanding how music works, how to harmonise and jam. These skills help make a singer a complete musician and a more useful (and employable) member of a band or choir.

Jules loves supporting singer songwriters to craft their original music. Whether you’re just dabbling with your first song ideas or looking to polish and produce your existing works of art, she can help you create something authentically you. She can also guide you in the process of translating your ideas to instrumentalists or and producers, who speak a different language!
